Exchange or Return
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please email email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line.
- We will email you a prepaid return label to print.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will received by email.
- Repackage your items in the original packaging and include the invoice the items came with originally.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.
- We are not responsible for missing or lost packages. Please contact USPS or your local post office to file a claim.
